Just hope the news on the front page has all the info they need in a simple idiot proof layout i.e. "If you installed deathball from the UT bonus pack, THIS is the file you need to update to the latest version.

Only thing I got like this was the hammer sound went away, but it still worked.
Sound came back when I respawned.

When the new UT edition is released later this month that will include deathball on it, no doubt we will have tens of thousands of new people trying deathball. No knock whatsoever, just a suggestion: you guys should give a 12 to 24hr heads up on when you are going to release any kind of update- this will help everyone be on the same page, and prevent what is happening tonight- when half the servers are updated, half are not, half the players are updated ...

My last thread was cause I just wasnt having fun playing it. I started this thread to point out the flaw in the UTVote. I guess I could have just updated the other thread, sorry.

OK, was just in the BUD server. Itt was stuck on bomball AND lowgrav. I cannot convey to you how gay, chaotic, haphazard, and unfun this combination was. There were 8 players in the server. TWICE we got 7 people to vote for NO MUTATORS, as well as trying just LOW GRAV. Guess what, UTVote didnt work ...

Look, in a popular public server like BUD, half the players (or more) are new. Thank god for servers like BUD, which is a great server for guys to get into the game. "WTF do veteran players have to do with this"? Well I made that point, that often times the best players in the BuD server, at least offensively, never play keeper. Again, maybe that is why they are the best offensive players, but either way that is not fair. Did you read my post at all? CripTonic ...

Well if by pickups you mean all these passworded games I see... this game is never going to spread if that is our main option.
