I've been stuck on this one a while. I can't seem to figure out the hints, even the eggs people have been talking about. Is there literally something in the creator's face I need to look for, or is it in a more metaphorical sense?

Started Notpron fairly recently, and for the past few days I have struggled to solve this level. I'm really not familiar with the game battleship, so the clue is mystifying to me. As of yet, I can't seem to figure out any sort of meaning behind the numbers. I'm hesitant to ask for a hint, but is ...
