I have two approaches in mind. Can i bounce these ideas off someone? been stuck for months

I found what i believe to be half of the answer pretty quickly, but the other part has me stumped. Can i pm someone to bounce a few ideas off of them?

does this level require access to the item that the title mentions?

i think i need some clarification. So all of the numbers will be seen visually within the picture? Or will some numbers deal with the properties of the picture such as image dimensions, file size, etc?

edit: after being stuck that long and finally deciding to post, i get it shortly after
