i can’t find this entry : ((

So I've been trying to solve the tenth level for a while and I kinda already know what to do but every time I try to access the thing it leads me to a page that has lots of letter, cyrillic letters, numbers etc... Idk wheter if I'm supposed to find the password/username there or if I need the file.....
