Use the UN/PWD from level 21.

Can someone help me? I think I'm on the right track, but I still can't figure it out if I'm doing the right thing, maybe I missed something...

This level took me A LOT to solve it because I couldn't find that symbols, only that Undertale Hint helped to put me in the right tracks. But I still don't know how the answer is related to the login hint. If somebody knows PM me, I'm just curious.

I got to admit, I was very lucky on this one and didn't solve it in the right way. But I came back to see the hints to figure it out how to solve it, and HINT 1 is very helpful. Keep the letters in mind.
