Still don't know how to fold this thing, especially the blue lines. Some numbers get folded over each other and I can't see how to get them to all be visible. Anyone there that I can pm?

I've answered both hints and I have two answers that feel like no matter what I do to try to put them together, just don't result in a working answer. I feel like I've tried a lot of answers that could've worked but aren't right. Can I get some help?
