nm i am stupid

im going through all the levels again and the password i was using doesn't work anymore and i tried solving the level again but what i got isn't a word. it is close to a word though so i tried both and neither work.
has this level been changed recently and if so what happened or am i just stupid

ive gone through all of the levels twice now to figure this out but ive only found four letters that im sure of and im also still not sure im doing this right

if i use a chromebook will it affect my ability to complete this level and if so what should i do?
