Hi! I've been in this level for over a month and I haven't solve it yet. I feel I already have all I need, but I can't find any logic to the answer. I know what the title means, I think I understand the level hint and I know what the image shows me. Can anyone help me?

I feel blame for asking for help but I can't figure out any logic in CAisO or DEisZ. I feel like I need a little push in this logic and then I could do the level alone.

I'm stuck in this level! I think I found the relation between the title and the pins but I can't relate it with the background. And it looks like this level is harder for non-europeans. Could anyone help me? Thank you!
