I was just wondering, why it seems that some of the skilled players seem to have advantages when it come to surviving hits in the PA, on several occasions, certain people can get mauled without dieing in the pa and when people bitch about it, they leave and come back then they are able to be killed ...

Well i must admit, i'm no noob , but i'm not that good either. I agree with this posting 100%, but one must keep in mind. Some of the best players in DB are only 12,13, and 14. Here i am at age 30 getting spanked around by 13 yr olds..lol Some of them are very mouthy to newer or not so good people ...
