I was stuck on the whole "you can only use these letters" thinking it was a five letter word I was looking for.

I kept searching and noticed Arrowroot only had those letters in it. No more no less. And none of the letters were only used twice.

A is only used once, R is used three times, O is used three times, T is used once, W is only used once.
