i had the same problem and fixed it, i think it's something to do with deathball packages in your ut2004/system folder and the other folders for deathball, if so... delete all the db files you can see in those folders. if that's not it then try doing a clean install of db 2.2 and put it in ut2004 ...

We Australians try to make DB active as much as possible, just DavidM keeps on changing the gameplay and version makes it harder for us to play Deathball, since we only have sponsored servers (none of us have ftp/ssh access to update DB). And another note we only admin 1 server called the OzForces ...

hmm, i like the sound of the commentary idea, and the audio won't be like as much as 100-200mb? Most mods are like around that size tbh and if you can... make it so you can either turn off / on the commentary whenever the hell you want so it won't be as annoying. Then again, it's not my choice ...

Yeah, this is bullshit.... the keeper does more work then the mid, def and attackers and what do we get in return? JACK SHIT!

At least put some work to make the keeper section recognised as a player or as a team.

Not to mention it makes those noobs stop whinging about how shit DB is.

Nah, I'm on cable... just I have a 3GB limit on it, and don't want to waste 100-120 on a map pack. :S

Twigster, i know that custom maps help build more community more, and Armagon is trying to help out with you. But, It's just I'm not a person who can try different things... I like to have the same style all the time (it's just me) and I have to download these custom maps just to play online ...

Just too much maps and you gotta download, then afterwards no one plays 'em... which is what i hate about custom maps :S
