erm i could be wrong but i dont' think dodge is server side... so that means no matter how much lag you have if you press the dodge correctly you should dodge unless you get pachteloss in which case you won't move. that´s not the problem. if the attacker shoots from a close distance or make a fast ...

dodge isn't skillbased, it just takes time keepers don't have sometimes (I mean the two times button pressing)
