I tried doing it a while back. You can move goals around, but moving the goalzone and penalty zone cant be done from what I found. Maybe if you used a brush with a hole in it as a mover or whatever, then put a goalzone behind it that spans the range of the moving goal, may work. I was just too lazy ...
