but i also want to use it as a normal ut2k4 server without having to download all the deathball shiet, is there any way to stop it pushing the DB download when its not running deathball itself (apart from adding and removing/commenting out server packages..)

beefsack, there is already a system in place where the ball must CROSS the net before its smashed so people cant stand right at the net, but i think rens may hav broken this. Also on the todo list is a system where when someone charges up a smash they have the DB goalie effect around them, it starts ...

to recreate this bug simply load a map you want it to occur on and then switch to a map that is missing a static mesh or texture package. The previous map will reload with the bug.
