i am pretty sure i solved the first one converting it to that other form

and the second part seems like it´s solved the same way...

only problem is, when i use a online converter for a particular element in the sequence...it's ...

i had the first hint solved easily

i just didn't understand what i should do with the <removed>

to be fair i already spent two hours looking at the puzzles, i thought i had to find out where <removed> resided (per pw hint)
