I'm still stuck I really can't get two words from <removed>

Thanks lol... I'm so screwed

I know that 99% of pics are irrelevant but with the crappy hints in this level I thought maybe the pic would give me some sort of help... nothing is clicking this is the hardest level so far...

^ Confused ? I haven't used walkthroughs...

Why'd you remove that lol that's not secret everyone knows that...

How can a list of <removed> and an irrelevant picture even hint towards a solution...

Someone told me the <removed> are the solution and what else could it be other than a directory name...

The 'I'm offline' thing in your sig is broken lol...

But I fail to see how those words are useful I've put them in every possible order for filenames...

Fair enough... feel free to remove these words if you think they're spoilers - BUT are any of these words useful (like in the filename I need);
