Does this use the program that was involved in 31 to find the 'source'? (Hopefully that won't spoil anything.)

So I'm a bit confused. Is the source page not supposed to be helpful at all? There aren't any hints on it like there normally is. I know what language the symbols are in, but the numbers, letters, and occasional dot has me a little lost. Am I missing something?

Edit - Nevermind! Figured it out.

Hiya, new here, been playing notpron for a few weeks now and have gotten to this level. Few days of staring at the numbers later, I'm stuck. I've never played battleship before, and all I get from the bracket comment is 3, so I was hoping maybe a little hint to help nudge me along? I'm stumped =x ...
