n00b cannon = tapping the fire button, then vollying the ball @ the goal, means theres no need for a full chargeup, and its fired faster..

i dunno, i think it would work if gameplay was altered to something like...

All teams start with 10 points, each time a goal is scored against them, they lose a point, once they are at 0 points, all players on that team die and enter spectator mode, their goal is covered, and the rest of the teams ...

what about n00b cannoning?

check to see if the jolt.co.uk servers have it on, afaik, they use a default config.

i use both, as keeper i'll use the middle when ppl are attacking, and the full one when the ball is in the other half, the middle one means i dont have to look up when someone is wall passing, i just need to look roughly where the ball is gonna go, and track the players in those positions, helps ...

i have no probs with high pingers.. i just hate high pingers that insist on being in goal

i think the best solution would be to disable vollying if you shot the ball for a second or 2

means wall vollies will still work, but n00b cannons will be less rare

Was playing one of the cubes, 4 players, i ran out of goal, and tried to volly the ball down field, my mouse cable got caught, so fired it at a weird angle, it bounced off one of the pilons, i start franticly hitting my shift key whilst yelling "FUCK NO!!" I _THINK_ n00b cannoning was accidental, but to an extent, it cant be "taken out", or really changed... i think the most that can be changed is "Dont allow a volly within X ammount of time from a shot", meaning ppl could wall pass to themselves, and it also gives goalies a few secs to get in pos for ...
