I've got this almost done but im having a lot of trouble animating, getting into unreal + skinning. I want it mostly solid colours with cell shade effect so its not really hard to skin, more knowing how to..
Anyone who could devote some time on msg or similar giving me info and help me along would be great :p

hes going to have 2 huge eyes and 2 tiny nostrils. the head looks huge and bad i know but when you see the design you'll see why it looks like that

fits i assure you.

weighs in at just over 2000 polys at the moment

this is my first ever attempt at modelling anything living and ive only had max a week or so, be nice :p
