As long as people stick to the system and vote objectively, it shouldn't matter.

And to those who are trying to screw the balance about by voting intentionally incorrectly, think of it this way. If you vote them low, they will get a good team, and win more games, making them feel better. Or, if you vote them high, they get the egoboost of appearing high up the ranking. Either way, votes = win.

"Ahah, but what if I don't vote then?" ...
If you don't vote at all, then they get a fair ranking, leading to close, and exciting games.
