you might have deleted the file, you can always try searching your files+folders for core.dll or whatever it is

Core.dll is a dynamic link library that's necessary for anything to do with the regular 'setup.exe' way of installing/uninstalling programs =\
You can get it on the internet, but yeh, reinstalling windows was probably best lynx ;p (altho it takes time and fucks up some settings etc. it was probably the safest way to go)

that reinstalling did alot of good, its about 10 x faster now xD
