I just read the 1st post and it said

...well, if they join in the community, then they like the game.. obviously... if they dont then they vanish, get bored....

...if they cant be arsed to come on IRC (which should be promoted more on the public servers, for active DB clans/#deathball) then screw em... those who are willing to socialise (ha) can get on IRC and do it ...
