A few guys in our clan had that problem too, and a few guys not in our clan on our new server (but for the rest of us we were pinging fine)
might just be your ISP's route to the server, pull up command prompt (start=>run=>cmd) and type in this:
tracert <ip address>
where <ip address> is, put in the ip address (without the port number) to the server you are lagging badly to, it will show you a list of pings from a few different places, thats your hops to the server...one of them should probably be high...if it's on the very top, it's probably you. If it's near the top, one of the nodes near you are bad, and you should call your isp (would make you lag on a lot of servers if a popular node was bad)
