What music...

Post by Messy »

..would you want to be played on your funeral/cremation? \o/

More than one is ok, just don't fill 3 evenings.

My choices:

- Alfred Jodokus Kwak - Ik ben vandaag zo vrolijk: Dutch children's song, sung by a cartoon duck, literally translated: 'I'm so happy today'. It's very melancholical to me, and the lyrics and vocals sound like those of a depressed person imo, great song to me.

- Nirvana - Marigold: bootleg, on outcesticide 1 compilation tape I think)

- Nirvana - Where did you sleep last night: unplugged in new york, last song..always makes me cry ;p

And maybe:

- Metallica - Sanitarium: great emotional song imo, cool lyrics, and fitting since I'm probably going to die because of something relevant to insanity ;p (be it my work, reputation, or deathcause)

Opeth-Black Rose Immortal (yeah I know its over 20 minutes, but if I'm dead what do I care how long I make the people wait)

Dream Theater- The Dance of Eternity (its gonna be a long funeral)

The Postman Syndrome- Hedgehog's Dilemma

Yeah so none of those songs have anything to do with death, but they are good songs that I can jam to on my way to hell.
