1) If you put a banana on a shake, the shake effect hardly goes into effect anymore, it seems to differ less from the normal shake?
Imo a shake with banana shud be even worse than a regular shake
2) You can easily cancel a shake by using the dropflag command =\
It's also generally really annoying.
I've got it bound to pageup (which is remapped to one of my mouse's thumb buttons) and it's pretty lame
For those who haven't seen, it allows you to drop the ball immediately, even during charging.
This has been in since when DB first started I think, I used to play around with it in 1.4 or something.
But now that everyone is using it, it's frequent use has become very annoying (people definitely got annoyed when I used it all the time in a pickup recently ^^;).

3) Consider stopping shots from shaking if players fall from too high?
If two people have as much teamwork as to actually succeed in boosting someone up and getting the ball, this shouldn't be discouraged imo. Atm if people catch it in the air by proper teamwork (or freak accident of course) and they land from too high of a fall, they will shake their shot (even tho only 1 hp is taken away
Consider removing this by only letting shake kick in after 60 damage? :>
