Hm.... Weird Error

Well I find it rather annoying when I have to g to computer c ut2004 deathball deathball.cmd so I drop that file on to my windows button and when I try to run DeathBall I get this error:

I also have that file that it claims that I'm missing. And when it says to press any key to continue my comuter either freezes or just nothing happens..

After I take it out of there I run it fine.. Is there another way to start DB? /me is tired as hell and it's 9:19 a.m in New York so please mind me

have you got the file itself on the desktop, or a "link" copy?

copy the file from the db folder and right click your desktop, "create shortcut icon", not "paste"

dont copy and paste it, do: right click=>send to=>desktop

and it will make a shortcut on your desktop to open deathball.cmd where its already at

the reason it does that is because the executables inside the command file, are done like ..../deathball/system/deathball.ini

etc, so if you copy and paste to it in your desktop its looking for your that same file like this:

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\Deathball\deathball.ini

in which it probably doesnt exist there, and it thinks your game isn't installed, and asks you to reinstall it
