he pretty much had to, only time Portugal managed to create some chances was when he "ego'ed"

and then in the 2nd half, when Ronaldo "ego'ed"

Ronaldo got a lot of stick from the portuguese fans, but he played a lot better than the rest of his team.

I wonder if he'll be made the scapegoat simply for the penalty he gave away.
