(and why isn't this in off-topic?)
Description: The UT2004 Cache Extractor is a small utility program which will extract items from the download cache of Unreal Tournament 2004, Unreal Tournament 2003, or Unreal Tournament.

Getting deathball maps out of your cache is non-deathball related? Oh, thats right, so was UT2004's performance optimization that directly effected how deathball 2004 plays.
Well I have not used Them, but here is a couple of cache cleaner: http://www.sharkcageonline.com/ut.asp

What exactly do you need a cache converter for anyway? It's easy enough just to look at the cache.ini file, change the name of the cache files to what they're shown as in cache.ini, and move them to the correct folder (maps in the maps folder etc.). I understand if it's a mod or something that needs to go through a setup process (adding lines to ut2004.ini or whatever) and the converter does that for you, but for something as simple as maps where it just needs to be renamed and moved, that's just lame.

Since when is automation a problem, regardless of one's knowledge of the manual process?
