UT2004 Not Responding
Hey I downloaded Deathball today to try it out. And I really like it except for the fact that every 3 maps UT2004 stops responding.
What I mean is I can start it from the deathball shortcut and go to botmatch for some practice and choose any map to start with. It loads and plays that map and the next map it cycles to. But when it cycles to a third map the game stops responding at the loading screen.
i tried to search the forum to see if this was a known problem but couldnt find anything.
deathball is the only mod i have this problem with.
if it matters much i'm running build 3270 of ut2004 on windows xp with sp2. I have 1GB RAM and a 3GB page file so i doubt its a memory issue.
i've also tried the 2.1c update that was posted in the forum and it has no effect on my problem
any help is appreciated. thanx

i just did 7 botmatches in a row, loading times between 2-10 seconds
but this machine is ultra fast

almost forgot. if i set the goal limit to something other than zero it works likes its supposed to.
for instance when i went to recreate my problem i decided i didnt want to spend 20 minutes per map playing so i just changed the goal limit to 1 and it switched maps like a champ. so i set it back to zero and changed the time limit to 1 minute and it went back to my original problem.
thought this might be important to you
