Clean DB 2.1d install won't work under linux
For those linux users having trouble getting DB to work under linux see this thread (scroll down to my post which subject is "It's working!!!").
Any change DB 2.1e would have a little fix so that it would work under linux without some stupid ini tweak? You only need to change two lines and delete one in default.ini anyway... Atleast make sure (if you can) that the version of DB that's going to be in UT2004 Collectors Edition will work under linux without needing to change anything.
It wouldn't be a bad idea if you'd create some kind of naming policy for the files, like that if a filename has DB standing for Deathball it would be written DB, not db or Db and if there is Deathball it would be Deathball, not deathball. That's because linux is case sensitive, meaning that you can have files like Deathball.u, deathball.u, DEATHBALL.U etc in same directory (while in Windows those would be same file). So if you release a update which has a new version of some file, say Deathball.u and it happens to be named deathball.u instead of Deathball.u, linux users will end up having Deathball.u and deathball.u in their ut2004/deathball/System directory and ut2004 will use Deathball.u instead of the new deathball.u. And Deathball.u has been named deathball.u since DB 2.1b, so Team Vortex, change it back to Deathball.u and linux users, make sure that you have only one deathball.u in ut2004/deathball/system directory and if there is two, delete the older one.

The 6 yard box / keeper zone lines are missing in Blocko. The cameras are also lousy - like watching from a blimp.
The announcers says "ball shot out of the field" when a ball resets after being idle...It was much better when that whistle sound was made instead.
I also managed to get knocked into the crowd whilst playing IceDemon - blocking volume needs sorting. Same on Greenbaize, you can still jump to the skeleton sitting behind one of the goals.
