PUG/Mixer Help for New Players

hi all. i'm working on a new part to my rookie guide page to help new players that want to get involved with more organized play that are unfimiliar with IRC etc.

if anyone else has any ideas for me to add, please lemme know, this is function with a lil Q&A and Java IRC to connect people from the web to the pick up game channels
