1: we need a new to deathball tab.
servers that are set to newbies only show up in the new to deathball tab and don't show up in the deathball tab. for newbies to play in the deathball tab, you have to do this test offline (win a 2v1 botmatch?) to play. once you pass this test, you can't play in the newbie servers.

2. you can't have chinks as a bot name. it's racist to chinese people

Sure, you re-install deathball because it broke...*again*, add in a pickup, and then you can;t play, because your still a noob :P

I'd really get tired of that.

maybe not the best implemntation, but the idea is there... there could be mandatory tests to unlock online play... after completing the tests, the game generates a key that goes with your nick that you can use to unlock the game (you could keep it, making doing the test again not necessary in case of a reinstall)

nononononono. The best way for a newbie to be better is to play with the better.

Well I wouldn't say newbie here... someone who has at least seen the game for a little while and is familiar with it for the most part (i.e. what you can and can't do)... for straight up noobs, I say single player should be their starting point.

ANOTHER SUGGESTION:

when the keeper crouches in the air, he will fall faster.

That defies the laws of gravity, and plus, if you jump prematurely you shouldn't be able to easily recover from it cause you have already been faked out... leave gravity the way it is

I have come and I have read this idea. Its doable from a coding point of view but needs more work.

It needs fleshed out a bit.
