ok decided to do this one.. stuck on 13 i think because of the language. i have 6 letters but not sure if the order is right? I tried both ways though. should there be more than 6 letters?

im on 24, i know what to do but if my english sucks, my german really sucks cuz i dunno a thing about this language, i cant recognize the word. it sounds like "mishaf" also i dunno if i need to reverse it, but reversed sounds like "sfashin" ot sth like, a pm be cool

I did, the letters aren't very clear. Looks like guck uniau but that won't work and there is no un/pw box.

Does anybody have a hint on 13? I got all the letters but I don't know German so I have no idea of a word that can be made out of them.
