#ballers server move

#ballers on gamesnet, which has now pretty much become the meeting place for NA clans, is moving to irc.progameplayer.com because of the netsplits and poor service of gamesnet. We are still in the transitional stages (half on pgp, half on gamesnet), but all the channels are set up, all the same channels that were on gamesnet are on pgp. For those of you who need help with the server switch, I made a short little webpage that helps you in joining the server, account management, and creating a new channel. There are also links for more help.
