Hey i had an idea that if you were using the sprint when you hit someone, it gives them a harder hit, or knoks them down. Just an overall bigger hit. I f you think about it reallife , you would hit harder, but this isn't real life, but hey just thought i'd drop a line.

any idea how brutally that would be abused for boosting and clearing out defenders?

I mean it willl only affect the other team, of course you don't want to knock down your own player

thats more what i'm talking about... plastering a defender or offensive player against a wall cause you can boost them mad far.

yeah, thought about that too
already told aqua to do it
that would add your walkspeed to the volley/bounce when you walk towards the ball, when you are standing still or walking backwards its default speed

jea - i like the idea of changin the volley speed depending on the walkspeed.

bounce - well they allways a bit wired o_O
sometimes they just drop in front of sometmes the fly across the whole filed....
sometimes you can even bounce a shot which was shot from behind ....

to movement .. hm
what about instakill on a ballcarrier sprinting at you? :D

I like this idea...and also, what about varying the volley speed depending on how fast u and the ball r moving when it's volleyed. It would make volleys more balanced...to do an über 1337 volley would be very hard, but go very fast, and a lame-ass easy volley would be a bit slower, and therefore not as effective

ok that is added now
-Volleypower now depending on your ground speed. So when you are running towards the ball and volley it, your speed will be added to the volley (so with sprint you get up to 2400). Basic volley power is 1800, it won't be lower than this.

If you are gonna add that feature, how about making the volley like an overpowered shot? but not such a bad angle as an overpowered shot, something like an angle of upto 20?

ok thats cool too, but when i say big hitz, i mean more than usual, not like plaster againsta a wall big but something 1.3-5 times the usual hit

i will need to try the beta, but i think the increase in volley speed with run is excessive, perhaps make it increase starting at running speed with the ball up to 2000 or 2100 with sprint.

Also you will need to be wary of creating a new advanced noob cannon (thx oxymoron), which will be to shoot the ball in front of you, stop and wait half a second or so and then sprint in and volley it at 55+ m/s

sprint is usually off, so max speed you can get it 2200 or something
and its difficult to do these, you hardly get the opportunity, and with sprint on its even harder because its easier for the def to intercept
