i had a problem like that actually and i had no idea how to fix it sorry, i did a reinstall of db and it seemed to work...

Depends what you mean by level 3, If you mean your third fixture then I got passed that, if you mean 3rd season then im not sure as I played two seasons ^_^

You probably picked a bugged map!
If not, try reinstalling and deleting all the ini's in the deathball folder before you install again.
