OK everything is ready, found some parsely and thyme also, should be very good now. Oh hello there sylvester! Yes seceret spices, took me 5 hours to mix the first time I did it to them right. ;) if we can get a hot fire going the skillet and fish are ready.

Also yes please dont go near there, when things calm down a bit ToTo and I are going to check it out, there is something being kept inside there by a security system of some sort.

Should add sage and rosemary too, then you have a Simon and Garfunkel song. Wonder what happens if you play it backwards?

Argh, sorry, habit.

Coriander is the ground up seed you find added alot to curry. Cilantro is a tangy bitey green herb found in alot of mexican cooking, but it mixes well with thyme and rosemary.

You get coriander leaf too - used a lot in North Indian cooking. If it's the same one I would never have expected it to go with homely herbs like rosemary and thyme, but you learn somehting everyday. Goes well in tomato and onion salad. Shall I make one?

Yes, the salad. Tomatoes and Mozarella with olive oil and Balsamico vinegar and basilicum. The Italian way :)

Well, I was going to do an indian tomato salad - tomatoes, white onions, chopped coriander leaf and some salt. Definitely no oil, it doesn't work. I've tried.

Shall I do an italian one too? Is there any mozarella?

Lets! I had a really good salad the other day - black beans with bacon and spinach. I'll make that too.

What a healthy meal we're going to have :D
