Yeah it can turn but it'll go up first so it'll be above you before it turns.

Giggle, I've summoned you because last time I saw you, I tried to help you by impregnating you so your race can be brought back. There is a 5 day imcubation period. In 5 days you will no longer need gold to survive. you will be normal again as your race will begin to live again. *touchesgiggle'sbelly* I have just implanted 6 children in you. they will grow at an abmormal rate. within 2 weeks, they will be able to produce spawn of their own. this cycle will continue for 1 year. after which the race will be returned to normal. After the first child is born, that sword you carry will not be required anymore as it will have lost it's powers. Please do not have this aborted.

I thought that those things were a burden to you. If you would like to keep some of those powers, you may. Although you will not need the gold, the sword is not required to pass this level. In fact the sword will hinder people from passing this level. You may remain invincible though.
