The top line letters when spelled out start with a vowel
The bottom line letters when spelled out start with a consonant (excluding y)

Solution time < 3 minutes (That includes the typing)

That's why I said I'm not sure about some of the letters. I thought Y is spoken like "why" ...

that is to say the letter 'Y' starts with a consonant, but the letter 'U' starts with a 'y' and is part of the bottom row. According to this puzzle 'y' is a consonant.

Since I got that one I get the next question.

why do we drive on parkways and park on driveways?

no wait, that's rhetorical. never mind that.

Okay. Umm......................................................Oh!

Why is there braille on drive-thru atms?

I just assumed, but since it can be argued that it's true, I think it should be assumed to be true. Which means my answer could be assumed wrong, but it could be argued that it's right, so it should be assumed to be right. Right?

Yeah, the "U" was the second letter I wasn't sure about ... But we were talking about speaking the letters of their own, so you wouldn't use "W" when saying the "U" ...

What the hell are atms? "All-Their-Money"s?

Automated Teller Machines. bank gives you a card and you use the card in conjunction with the ATM and a Personal Identification Number or PIN to withdraw funds from your account.

That's a brief synopsis
