It's possible, but it would take at least five months to make a body, and that would be a small kitten. And we would need to find a female housecat to get an egg cell from and to bear the clone.
It's potentially possible, but there are no guarantees it will work.
We might find some cells that can be cloned, but it would take a while to clone them. Then the clone would be a helpless kitten for a couple of months. Then there's the problem of what to do with the new kitten's mind.
An ordinary cat, not a self-conscious talking cat like Annanagram or Garfie. It might sound a bit icky, but we've all killed for meat here without worrying, and the cat wouldn't actually be killed, just displaced.

This might be a bit...unpleasant. I'm going to take this body to the back room and try and harvest cells. I...don't really like doing it to her, but ... *cough* It's only a body. She's still alive outside it.
