I don't know; I can only tell you if there are ordinary parasites. I'll take a blood sample when she wakes to look. I can't detect black creatures unless they're embodied, then they stink of evil.

Well, she doesn't appear to have any ticks or anything, and you'd know that anyway. To check for internal parasites I'd need to take blood and do an eosinophil count and some staining for blood parasites. I'd rather not take blood unless she's awake if she's not really ill.
