I thought you read The Book of Souls!
I left it out in the underwater city in plain view where I knew you'd find it.
When a body undergoes a great trauma its spirit splits in two.....
ring any bells?

But I haven't gone through something as traumatic as the book described.
But I remember the passage perfectly.....

Through great trauma comes a split.
One's soul may split into two halves and each lives seperately.
Fate will have that the two halves must meet.
The evil half will always be the stronger and the rejoining of the sould will result in a pure evil soul.

So is this the fated meeting? And what if i don't let you join with me? I don't want to be evil!

This is the meeting.
And if you refuse I will battle you and win because the evil spirit is always the strongest.
The good spirit is weak because it gets all of the intelligence...but I can see that's wasted on you seeing as you forgot the experience that caused our split....you'll remember in time *more evil laughter*
