Ok ... well ... If I understood that correctly, Kex thought Giggle would like to forget some of her bad memories and remembered some special object, a small stone. She went into the house, found the stone and fell under its spell. She forgot. And outside, she didn't recognize anything ... well, anything but Giggle. And when she touched the stone again, she lost almost every memory.
