wouldnt call it homework. I didnt get alchemy in school. like they would teach you that there. and yes, I made them but never used them. since after I made them I destroyed them again.

thats mainly done by people that are power crazy. they want to make stuff to kill the once that might become more powerfull and destroy them in the end. the only reason I research such stuff is to be able to defend myself when it ever happens to me.
never really looked into the name things. but probably to keep people of the back from the inventor

not all people that use alchemy did that for themselfs. and as you know in the old times people tortured people to get information out of them.
