Kex seemingly fell through a hole and broke her arm, and then she coughed up blood.
But I'm not sure why, Angelica didn't tell me what the problem exactly was.

There could be many reasons that she'd be coughing up blood. All internal reasons though, it would reall be hard to say what is.
