Well shouting isn't the normal way of talking. If you shout it makes people think that you're angry with them.

Well it is allowed but as long as you don't hurt anyone if you get angry and you need a reason to be angry.

You should always think about the reason because if it isn't really anybodys fault that you feel angry then there isn't any point in getting angry.
