Afaik you can legally fuck at any age here.
Shouldn't be any different in the UK

However, it is 'technically' illegal to have sexual contact with anyone below 18 if you're over 18 yourself.
But as long as the parents or the minor him/herself do(es)n't mind, nobody's going to care

Though tbh, regardless of age..it's illegal if any of them mind in the first place (since it'd be rape ^^;)

So age doesn't realistically matter in jurisdiction.
