*raises eyebrow* So the distinguishing between black and white magic is completely dependent on the user's own judgement? I thought there was some law or rules that determine that.

There is, it all depends upon how you use it. If I were to use it say on you right now it would kill you there using it in an evil way placing it as black magic....but if we were being attacked and I used it against the attacker as I did then it would be defensive. It's kind of complicated, but for things like this it certain items be can classified on either scope. Now there is certain spells though that have no use what so ever in defense and therefore they are classified only as black magic.

I see. So, what you used on this music guy, was seen as black - until you used it to prevent him from getting further damage because of his desire to find black magic, right?

Yes....the curse I used on him was ment only to do harm therefore it was black magic. That's why I warned you prior to me doing it.
