Definitely the best match so far (Australia v Croatia is close though). End to end stuff in the first half. Very tense and exciting in the second. Great goal to end it. Mexico really took it to Argentina but they just ran out of steam in the end. When you can bring the likes of Aimar, Messi and Tezez off the bench you know you're always going to have a great chance.

So looks like it might be 4-1-4-1 for England tomorrow (erm, today? It's late).
I must say I'm a bit worried about Hargreaves at rightback. Sven says he can play almost anywhere in midfield and defence. We'll see. That must mean that Jamie Carragher hasn't impressed in that position. I'd have to agree. Ferdinand looks set to start which is a plus.
Rooney up front on his own, which will mean the four in midfield will have to bomb on to support him. Hopefully Carrick will give enough cover.
It could work but wish it had been tried before the World Cup. I've never been too keen on a lone striker.
Since the formation and players have yet to be announced this could well turn out to be bollocks. Just going by media reports.
