well a dump is a place were al the trash from the people end up. that is if people throw it away in the trashcan's rather then on the ground. as for a business. Remeber the place were you first saw Podarge at the place were she makes food? Her bussiness was selling food for money.

No you shouldnt. she offered you the food. And her bussiness didnt run that good. wich was why she was having money problems. wich ended up in allot of trouble and in the end you two ended up with me. *smiles and thinks to himself* dont know if they should be happy with that but...

you got in trouble because you are close to her. and well when people like that notice it and they want something... they do anything to get what they want including involving innocent people
